Feeling those Sunday jitters? You’re definitely not alone! The Sunday Scaries can make your weekend seem way too short, but don’t worry—I've got some cool tips to help you breeze through it.

Set a School Work Timer: I get it, work happens. But set a timer so your school tasks don’t take over your whole day. It’s like giving yourself a break, even if you have to work.
Take a Walk: Step outside and get some fresh air. It’s like hitting the reset button for your brain!
Pick Your Outfit: Lay out your clothes for tomorrow. It’s a little thing that can make you feel way more organized and ready to tackle the week.
Say Some Positive Stuff: Boost your mood with affirmations. Check out some here or dive into my book, The Teacher’s Guide to Self-Care, for more!
Cut Back on Caffeine: I know it’s tempting, but try to keep your coffee to the morning. Too much caffeine can pump up the anxiety and make those Sunday Scaries even scarier.
Journaling Fun: Write down how your week went or set goals for the next one. It’s a great way to clear your mind and get centered.
Enjoy a Bath: My Sunday night ritual is a relaxing bath. It’s a perfect way to unwind and start the new week chill instead of stressed.
